摘　　要：对基于5／3运动补偿时间提升的可伸缩视频编码中运动矢量编码及不相连像素处理进行了改进。为了提高低码率时5／3提升滤波的性能，提出了运动矢量的压缩表示方法，使得真正编码的运动矢量总数不超过每个原始帧一个。对于基于块匹配的运动补偿产生的不相连像素，根据三帧变换单元的像素的不同连接状态设计了不同的运动处理模式。实验结果表明，该文提出的方法其性能优于Haar提升滤波0．3～0．7dB，在中高码率时与H264／AVC也是可以比较的。This paper improves on motion vector coding and unconnected pixels＇ disposal in scalable video coding with 5/3 motion-compensated temporal lifting （MCTL）. In order to improve the performance of 5/3 lifting at low bitrates, a compact representation for motion vectors is proposed, which causes the total number of coded motion vectors is never more than one per original frame. Since block-based motion compensation produces many unconnected pixels, different motion disposal modes are adopted to deal with pixels of 3-frame transformation units with different connection states. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme outperforms Haar MCTL 0.3-0.7 dB and can even be comparable to H.264/AVC at medium and high bitrates.
