摘　　要：Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) is a key cytokine in immunology system and is well known to be related with many human diseases. In order to inhibit the activity of TNF, a screening protocol was set up and 5 specific hTNFα binding peptides were obtained from yeast two-hybrid random peptide library, which lay a solid foundation for the further large scale screening and application.Tumor necrosis factor （TNF） is a key cytokine in immunology system and is well known to be related with many human diseases.
