摘　　要：目的:了解糖尿病患者的健康知识水平,以便在护理中有针对性地对患者进行健康教育指导。方法:采用问卷的方式对2003年1月￣2004年12月151例糖尿病患者健康知识水平进行调查。结果:从收回151份问卷中分析得出,患者对自身疾病已有了初步的了解,而对并发症的预防及治疗、急症时的自我应对了解甚少。结论:加强护士专业学习,培养患者自我护理能力及做好各方面的指导是提高糖尿病患者健康知识水平的有效途径。Objective To probe into the level of health knowledge of patients with diabetes meUitus. Method From January 2003 to December 2004, the level of health knowledge of 151 patients with diabetes meUitus were investigated by filling out questionnaire. Results The analyses on 151 questionnaire received that patients had known about more self-disease, but less prevention and treatment of the complication and self-dealing with in an emergency. Conclusion The patients with diabetes mellitus had known about less how to control the development of disease deal with in the emergency and prevent and treat the complication. It suggested that nurse should strengthen the study of profession and improve self-quality, train the patients the ability of self-nursing,and strengthen the self-nursing education, we should instruct the patients to prevent infection and psychological health.
