海普宁不同部位皮下注射出血情况比较和护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨海普宁不同部位皮下注射出血情况的比较及护理措施。方法:选择140例急性缺血性脑卒中行皮下注射海普宁的病人,采用不同部位分组对照法观察不同部位皮下注射出血发生率及出血程度。结果:上臂三角肌皮下注射出血率及出血程度显著低于腹部皮下注射(均P<0.01)。结论:上臂三角肌皮下注射海普宁出血率小于腹部皮下注射。Objective To discuss low molecular weight heparin sodium injection different part enderrnic bleeding conditions. Method 140 case with acute ischemic cerebral disease who puted up hype low molecular weight heparin sodium injection different part grouping contrast method were observed in different part hype bleeding incidence rate and bleeding degree. Resrlts The upper arm detoid hype bleeding rate is lower than bleeding degree under abdomen hype significantly（P〈0.01）. Conclusion bleeding rate of the upper ann deltoid hype low molecular weight heparin sodium injection is bess than abdomen hype.
