摘　　要：技术和经济问题是现代社会发展理论的焦点问题,技术和经济是人类社会不可或缺的两个方面,两者相互促进又相互制约,世界经济史已证明了技术经济学的技术创新已深深地渗透到了企业中,文章通过对企业发展的分析,揭示了技术创新对企业生存至关重要的机理。The issue of technology and economics is a focal point in theory and practice of modem social development. Technology and economy is indispensable two aspects of human society. Both of them either advance or restrict each other. The history of economy has certified that technological economics has penetrated into enterprises. This paper analyses cases of enterprise development, so as to open out the important mechanism of technological economics function on existence of enterprises.
