摘 要:对传统的工艺进行了改进,采用了多工序复合模一次成形弹性接触片。介绍了复合模的结构特点及工作过程,成形凸凹模采用了镶拼结构,成形凹模采用活动结构,并采用了弹顶推料装置。凹模、凸凹模均为圆柱形,制造非常方便。凸凹模镶块和凸模成形面为螺旋面,制造较为困难。经生产验证,该模具结构合理、生产效率高、经济效益显着。By the improvement of the traditional technology, the multi-operation compound die is applied to form the flexible contact piece in one step. The structure characteristics and work process of the compound die are introduced. Inserted structure is used in female and male dies. Active structure is used in the forming female die. A spring-pushing setting is applied. Female and male dies both are cylinders. They are easy to manufacture. The inserts of female and male dies and forming surfaces of male die have spiral surfaces. They are hard to manufacture. By the verify of production, the die structure is reasonable with high productivity and notable economic returns.
