摘　　要：本文指出了造成我国图书馆专业队伍整体水平不高的原因。并从专业队伍管理、思想建设、人才培养、工作创新、提高馆员的社会地位和经济地位等方面论述了我国图书馆专业队伍建设的问题。This text points out the reasons why the whole level of the professional staff of our country is not high. Then the author discusses the construction of library professional staff of our country from several aspects, such as the managment of the staff, ideology construction, talented person education, work innovation, promoting .social and economical status of librarians, etc.
