摘　　要：报道了全介质窄带波光片中心波长的变化特性，给出了探测氧分子谱线的０．The variation of the central wavelength of the all dielectric hard thin narrow band filters was reported. The deposition and variation of the central wavelength of the 0.763nm narrow band filter for detecting oxygen molecule spectrums were presented.
