海洋溶菌酶膜对大鼠细菌性阴道炎作用的试验研究

摘　　要：目的通过大鼠阴道混合感染金葡菌和大肠埃希氏菌的动物模型,观察海洋溶菌酶膜对大鼠阴道分泌物的细菌转阴率和阴道粘膜炎症的治愈程度。方法采用大鼠阴道金葡菌、大肠埃希氏菌混合感染模型实验、家兔阴道刺激实验,观察药物的作用。结果及结论海洋溶菌酶膜对金葡菌和大肠埃希氏菌混合引起的细菌性阴道炎有明显的治疗作用,但有一定的量-效依赖性。Objective The animal model which experiments on rats with mixed infection of both staphylococcus aureus and Eseherichia coli in their vaginas was used to observe the effect of the bacteria curative ratio of rat＇s vagina discharge and the healing degree of mucous membrane inflammation in the vagina of the rats caused by Oceanic Lysozyme Film. Methods Effects of the medicine were observed in model experiments on rats with mixed infection of both staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coil in their vaginas and stimulus experiments of rabbits＇ vaginas. Results and conclusion Oceanic Lysozyme Film showed remarkable effect on the bacterial vaginitis caused by the mixed infection of staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, but there might be a certain dose-effect dependence.
