摘　　要：慢病毒载体是一类逆转录载体,它既能感染分裂细胞,也能够感染非分裂细胞.也就是说,它能够广泛地应用于基因治疗,构建转基因动物和结合RNAi技术进行基因功能研究.Lentiviral vectors are a type of retrovirus that can infect both dividing and nondividing cells, that is, it is used to gene therapy, production of the transgenic animals and association with RNAi to study of functional gene.
