摘　　要：2005年9月27日，迎来铁路运输业180周年华诞。铁路在横跨三个世纪的发展历程中，有辉煌的鼎盛时期，也有挫折的萧条岁月；科技进步使铁路这个古老的传统产业焕发出青春的活力。进入新世纪，随着地球村的居民对环境和资源问题越发敏感，铁路必将成为更具魅力、更加兴旺的运输产业。The world railway transport will greet its 180th anniversary on September 27 this year. The railway transport has experienced resplendent spring and depressive winter in its long history across three centuries,and the development of science nourishes this traditional industry to radiate vigor of its youth. Entering the new century, railway must become a more charming and flourishing transport industry when villagers in the Earth Village turn to be more and more sensitive to environment protection and resource saving.
