翻白草对糖尿病大鼠血管内皮细胞形态结构的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究翻白草对糖尿病大鼠血管内皮细胞的作用。方法:采用四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病大鼠模型,自造模成功后,灌胃给予翻白草水煎液,连续给药4周,采用血管内皮细胞平铺技术制作血管内皮铺片,镜下观察。结果:翻白草组大鼠血管内皮细胞胞膜呈柔和锯齿状,边界清晰、连续,胞核椭圆形、居于细胞中央。结论:翻白草能有效保护血管内皮细胞。Objective：The research tums over the function of Potentilla Discolour Bunge（PDB）on the vascular endothelial cells（VEC）of the DM big rat. Methods ：The rats were done into diabetic by injected aUoxan, and then the rats were intragastricly administered with herb of PDB for 4 weeks continuously. The histological changes of VEC were assayed by using stretched preparation method. Result ： It shows that the VEC membrane of the PDB group is soft and denticulate, the boundary is clear and continuous, and the nucleus is located in the center of cells. Conclusion ： The PDB can protect effectively the VEC.
