摘　　要：对目前高校档案队伍存在人员配备不足、专业素质偏低、知识结构单一等问题进行分析,提出解决此问题的有效途径。There are problems existing among archivists for institutions of higher learning such as inadequate archivist allocation, slight low professional standard, and unitary knowledge structure. This paper tries to analyze the above problems and to put forward the effective solutions to them.
