活血养心汤对冠心病心肌缺血的保护作用

摘　　要：目的探讨活血养心汤对冠心病患者缺血心肌的保护作用.方法选择80例冠心病心肌缺血患者,随机分成2组,对照组采用常规阿司匹林治疗,治疗组在此基础上口服活血养心汤.治疗10 d后,观察2组患者血浆一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的浓度变化.结果治疗组NO浓度明显升高,ET-1、TNF-α和IL-6浓度明显降低.结论活血养心汤对冠心病患者的缺血心肌具有保护作用,其机制可能与血中ET-1、IL-6及TNF-α水平降低,NO水平升高有关.Objective It is to discuss the protective function of Huoxue Yangxin decoction on the ischemia cardiac muscle in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 80 myocardial ischemia patients with coronary heart disease were chosen and randomly divided into two groups. Control group was treated with Aspirin normally. Treatment group was given Huoxue yangxin decoction on the base of control group. The concentration changes of NO, ET-1, IL-6 and TNF -α in the two groups were observed ten days after treatment. Results The concentration of NO rose obviously and that of ET-1, TNF-α and IL-6 debased obviously. Conclusion Huoxue Yangxin decoction has protective function on the ischemia cardiac muscle in patients with coronary heart disease. The mechanism maybe has relationship with ET-1, IL-6 and TNF-α debasing and NO rising in blood.
