摘　　要：目的探讨脂肪乳口服制剂对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法高脂血症大鼠分别给予低、中、高剂量的脂肪乳剂灌胃2周,比较试验前后大鼠血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的变化。结果脂肪乳各剂量组均可明显降低血TC水平,脂肪乳中剂量组同时降低大鼠血TG、LDL-C水平。结论脂肪乳口服制剂有降低大鼠血清胆固醇的作用。To study the effect of oral lipid emulsion on blood lipids in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods Hyperlipidemic rats were randomly divided into 4 groups： control group, low-dosage oral lipid emulsion group, medium-dosage oral lipid emulsion group, and high-dosage oral lipid emulsion group. The feeding dosage in each oral lipid emulsion-group was 0.31, 0.61, and 1.2 ml·100g^-1·d^-1 respectively, and the whole procedure lasted for 2 weeks. At the end of the experiment, the fasting blood samples were collected and analyzed for total cholesterol （TC）, triglycerides （TG）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）. Results The TC levels of oral lipid emulsion experimental groups were significantly decreased compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The levels of TG and LDL-C in the medium-dosage group were significantly decreased compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Oral lipid emulsion may decrease the blood lipids levels in hyperlipidemic subjects.
