周围神经损伤后脊神经节感觉神经元胞体形态学的变化

摘　　要：目的研究周围神经损伤后脊神经节感觉神经元胞体形态学的变化以探讨其主要死亡性质.方法切断并原位吻合大鼠右侧坐骨神经,左侧不作任何处理,作为对照;于术后不同时间取L4～L6脊神经节作光镜和电镜观察,观察脊神经节感觉神经元胞体形态的变化.结果光镜下,损伤的脊神经节感觉神经元胞体染色质浓染;电镜下,细胞膜内陷,分割细胞内容物成凋亡小体;而对侧脊神经节感觉神经元胞体均一、无变化.结论大鼠坐骨神经损伤后,脊神经节感觉神经元有死亡,其胞体的形态学变化符合细胞凋亡特征.Objective To study the dead character of dorsal root ganglion sensory neurons following peripheral nerve injury in adult rats. Methods The right sciatic nerve of SD rat was cut and anastomosed. At different time points after operation, the L4-L6 dorsal root ganglia was taken and observed to study morphological change of dorsal root ganglion sensory neurons body by light microscope and electron microscope ,the left sciatic nerve without injury as contrast. Results The chromatin in body of the injured sensory neurons concentrated under light microscope, the cell membrane invagination and the body of the right sensory neurons were divided into apoptotic body whereas the opposite was unchanged under electron microscope. Conclusion The morphological change of dorsal root ganglion sensory neurons body coincidence dead character of the apoptosis （programmed cell death, PCD） after rat sciatic nerve injury.
