摘　　要：目的探讨环池在去骨瓣减压术后的变化及其临床意义。方法根据94例患者手术前后CT扫描变化,分析环池变化与临床疗效的关系。结果环池受压减轻组中62例死亡9例,无改变或加重组中32例死亡19例。结论去骨瓣减压术后的环池改变对预后有重要意义,动态观察环池的变化是必要的。Objective To investigate the change of cistema ambiens after decompressive craniectomy and its clinical significance. Methods According to the CT finding of 94 cases of decompressive craniectomy, the relationship between the change ofcisterna ambiens and the clinical results was analyzed. Results In the 62 patients with decreased compression of cisterna ambiens, 9 died; in the 32 patients with unchanged or increased compression, 19 died. Conclusion After decompressive craniectomy, the change of cisterna ambiens is of important significance for prognosis, so it is necessary to observe the dynamic change ofcisterna ambiens.
