摘　　要：介绍了风险投资及其退出机制的概念,论述了美国风险投资的3种退出方式.针对我国风险投资退出机制的现状和存在的问题,从中小企业板、全流通、产权市场等几方面进行分析,探索如何建立适合我国国情的风险投资退出机制.The paper introduces the the current situation and problems concept of venture capital and it＇s exit mechanism. of exit mechanism of venture capital in our Considering country and analyzing small and medium-sized enterprises board, the complete circulation, property right market, etc., the paper investigates how to build an appropriate exit mechanism for our country.
