摘  要:基于速尿对三(2,2′-联吡啶)钌(Ⅱ)[Ru(bipy)32+]-Ce(Ⅳ)化学发光体系发光的增强作用,建立了一种化学发光直接检测速尿的新方法。在优化的实验条件下,该方法的线性范围和检出限分别为5.0×10-3~1.5mg/L和4.0×10-3mg/L,对含速尿0.50mg/L的溶液平行测定11次,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.0%。将其应用于呋塞米片剂样品中速尿含量的测定,结果满意。Furosemide is a kind of forbidden medicines for sportsmen. It was observed that furosemide could greatly enhance the chemiluminescence (CL) intensity of tris-( 2, 2'-bipyridyl ) ruthenium ( Ⅱ ) (Ru(bipy)3^2+)-Ce(Ⅳ) system, based on which, a novel CL method was developed for detecting it. Under the optimum experimental conditions of 20 mg/L Ru(bipy)3Br2, 0. 16 mmol/L Ce( IV ) and 16 mmol/L n2so4 , the linear range and detection limit of the proposed method were 5.0×10^-3-1.5 mg/L and 4.0×10^-3 mg/L, respectively. The relative standard deviation of determining 11 solutions containing 0.50 mg/L furosemide was 5.0%. The proposed CL method has been applied to detect furosemide in the troche with satisfactory results.
