摘　　要：AD7714是美国AD公司采用Σ-△技术生产的24位串行模数转换器,可用于低频小信号的测量。文章介绍了AD7714的性能、特点及在温度测量装置中的应用。AD7714 is 24-Bit Serial A/D Converter of the production with ∑-Δ technique of American AD company. It can use for measuring the small signal of low frequency. In this paper, the function of AD7714, characteristics and the application of measuring temperature are introduced.
