摘　　要：高校教务管理工作是学校教学管理工作的重要环节,是学校教学工作正常运作的保证。教务员必须适应新形势下教学管理工作的需求,提高自身素质,以服务教学为目标,积极参与学科建设,在专业建设中发挥应有的作用。The educational administration is an important part of teaching management and it＇s the guarantee of the normal operation of teaching. Educational administrators must adapt themselves to the requirements of educational administration in new situations, which involves in improving themselves in working abilities continuously, taking teaching service as their objective, and participating in course construction actively; thus they can play their part in teaching activities.
