摘 要:消化道测压是其他检查手段不可替代的,广泛使用的评价消化道运动功能的检查手段,对消化道运动障碍型疾病的诊断有较高的价值。但由于测量压力均是介入性检查,实施起来很不方便,且影响因素较多,所以对结果的分析还需要不断积累经验。结肠压力测量的研究更是如此。本研究对实际采集的结肠压力信号进行特征提取,采用学习矢量量化的方法进行结肠压力信号的识别。学习结果表明,这种方法可以将结肠压力信号分为正常和异常两组,与初始的医疗诊断相符合,为进一步根据结肠压力信号识别肠道的动力性能奠定了基础。Manometry of alimentary tract is a valuable and a widely used means to evaluate and diagnose the function of the alimentary tract. However the current used measurement is not so convenient because of the intervening of the manometry, and there are many factors that affect the results. More research efforts are necessary on the colonic pressure measurement. This paper dealt with the colonic pressure data via an improved method ensuring that pressure data of whole colonic pressure characteristics included. The data were distinguished by this method analyzed based on learning vector quantization (LVQ) method. The results showed that the normal data and the abnormal data were in agreement with the original diagnoses. It is suggested that this method serves as an assistant diagnosis of the colonic motility, and it might contribute to further research of colonic motility based on pressure data.
