N^+离子束对腺嘌呤核苷的辐照损伤研究

摘  要:高压波相色谱分析发现,固态腺嘌呤核苷(AR)在20KeVN+离子束辐照下所释放的碱基量很少。但紫外光谱测试表明,离子束辐照后的AR样品在1mol/LNaOH或PH0.5H2SO4的处理下,碱基的产生量将显著增加,且平均约有15%的受损AR分子可产生碱基A,而热处理将引起其紫外吸收光谱和碱基释放量的改变。另外,计算了AR分子损伤和碱基A分子产生的G值,发现它们有随剂量增大而减小的趋势。最后,分别以OH加合机制和氧化机制对强碱、强酸作用下碱基释放量增加的现象进行了解释。With HPLC, it was found that there was few free base A molecule being released from the solid adenosine (AR) irradiated by 20 keV N+ ion beam.But with UV-spectra, it was known that the yield of base A increased in the the irradiated AR sample treated by 1 mol/L NaOH or PH 0. 5 H2SO4, and about 15%of the damaged AR molecules was able to produce base A. With heat treatment, the UV spectra of the alkaline solution and the acid solution of irradiated AR samples and the yield of A were obviously changed. Besides, the G value of the damaged AR molecules and the produced A molecules were calculated. and it was found that the G values had.a tendency of decreasing with increasing dose. In addition, The phenomenon of the yield of A increasing in alkaline and acid solutions was respectively explained by OH-attach mechanism and oxidization mechanism.
