口服胸腺素对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长的抑制作用

摘　　要：研究了胸腺素对Ｓ１８０肉瘤小鼠肿瘤生长的抑制作用。结果证实了口服胸腺素的抗肿瘤治疗作用，未能显示胸腺素有提高放射治疗的效果。但对环磷酰胺的抗肿瘤作用有一定增强，口服制剂与注射制剂有相同的治疗作用，可使肿瘤相对生长速度减慢，肿瘤抑制率增加。但无论口服或注射制剂，量效关系均不十分明显。The purpose of this study was to evaluate the possibility in the inhibitory effects of thymosin on S180 tumor growth in mice. On the basis of the tumor responses the following results were found (1) No improved therapeutic effects were obseved when p. o. administration of thymosin was combined with γ-ray irradiation. (2) When it was combined with cyclophosphamide the enhancement of anti-tumor effects was obvious. (3) Comparing p. o. with i. p. administration of thymosin, the same effect of inhibitory tumor growth was observed. (4) When the thymosin at the dose of 1. 25￣5 mg/kg were administerd, the slow down in relative tumor growth rate and increas in tumor inhibition rate were observed, but there was no obvious linear relationship between drug dose and tumor inhibitory response.
