摘 要:新研制的无色染料剂量膜可测试60Coγ辐射的剂量,定名为PVG剂量膜。它用基料聚乙烯醇缩了醛(PVB)、无色孔雀缘(LMG)和添加剂卤化物(RX)加工而成。剂量范围0.5~80KGy,在627nm处其吸收(△A/L)与剂量的关系呈线性(相关系数r>0.999),温度校正系数十0.053/℃。相对湿度(r.h)在0~96.4%范围内,其剂量响应随相对湿度的增加而增加,其校正系数为+0.006/△r.h(%)。在r.h54.9%~96.4%范围内,其偏差小于4%。PVG剂量膜在一定的相对湿度下存放于暗处,在辐照前后皆很稳定。放在棕色保干器内,40d后剂量膜的响应偏差小于4%,它可作为适用的常规剂量计。A leuco dye film dosimeter for dose measurement on 6oCo gamma radiationprocessing was developed. The matrix material polyvinyl butyral (PVB) with leuco malachitegreen (LMG) and additive halogenated compounds (RX) were manufactured as the PVG dosifilm. Its response (bA/L vs dose) at 627 urn showed a linearity (correlation coefficient r>0.999) in the dose range from 0.5 to 80 kGy. The calibration coefficient of temperature duringirradiation was + 0.053/C. The response increased slightly with the increasing of relativehumidities (0-96.4% ); and the the calibration coefficient was + 0.006/A r. 11 (% ). From54.9% to 96.4% the deviation was less than 4%. The PVG dosifilm was stable before andafter irradiation when it was stored in the dark at a given relative humidity. The deviationof response on PVG dosifilm kept in a brown desiccator was less than 4% after 40 days. Itwas suitable to serve as a routine dosimeter.
