摘  要:目的研究硅灰石涂层的细胞相容性和成骨诱导能力.方法将硅灰石等离子喷涂于Ti-6Al-4V表面,成骨细胞于其表面培养,测定培养液的碱性磷酸酶活性、I型前胶原羧基末端前肽和骨钙素的含量,并观察硅灰石涂层表面成骨细胞的形态和数量.结果培养7 ~ 12 d,I型前胶原羧基末端前肽含量和碱性磷酸酶活性最高;13 ~ 21 d,骨钙素内含量最高,涂层表面细胞増殖明显.结论硅灰石涂层具有良好的细胞相容性和成骨诱导能力.Objective To study cellular compatibility and bone-inducing activity of the plasma sprayed wollastonite coating. Methods Wollastonite was coated on Ti-6Al-4V. When mice osteoblasts were cultured on the coat, the activity of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and the level of carboxyterminal propeptide of type Ⅰ procollagen (PICP) and osteocalcin (OCN) in the medium were examined. The shape and quantity of the osteoblasts on the wollastonite coating were observed. Results The activity of ALP and the quantity of PICP reached the highest level when the osteoblasts had been cultured for 7 to 12 d. The quantity of osteocalcin reached the highest level when the osteoblasts had been cultured for 13 to 21 d. The osteoblasts proliferated rapidly on the coat. Conclusion The cellular compatibility and bone-inducing activity of the plasma sprayed wollastonite coating are good enough to be applied in orthopedics.
