摘  要:目的为经额下入路行海绵窦手术提供形态学资料。方法观测成人头颅标本30侧的海绵窦上壁及其毗邻结构。结果①眼动脉起始处距视神经管颅口(mm)4.72±0.58;②前内侧三角的三边分别长(mm)6.02±1.20、10.27±1.60和10.00±1.21;内侧三角三边分别长(mm)9.66±2.26、7.06±1.03、5.61±0.72;动眼神经三角三边分别长(mm)9.19±2.29、14.69±4.06、10.19±1.53。③动眼神经距颈内动脉近环(mm)2.55±0.23。结论选择床突间隙和内侧三角切开海绵窦上壁较安全。Objective To provide morphological data for operation on cavernous sinus via subfrontal approach. Methods The superior wall of cavernous sinus and its adjacent structures were observed and measured in 30 sides of adult cadaver heads respectively. Results ① The distance between ophthalmic artery sent off from internal carotid artery(ICA) and optic canal was(4. 72 ±0. 58) mm, ② The length of each side of anteromedial triangle was (mm) 6.02 ± 1.20,10. 27 ± 1. 60 and 10. 00 ± 1. 21 respectively. The length of each side of medial triangle was (mm) 9. 66 ± 2.26, 7.06 ± 1. 03 and 5.61 ± 0. 72 respectively. The length of each side of oculomotor nerve triangle was(mm) 9. 19 ±2.29, 14.69 ±4. 06 and 10. 19 ± 1.53 respectively, ③ The oeulomotor nerve was(2.55 ± 0. 23 )mm lateral to the proximal ring of ICA. Conclusion The elinoid space and medial triangle are safe to use clinically for direct approach to the superior wall of the cavernous sinus.
