摘　　要：讨论了TCP拥塞控制技术,分析网络拥塞出现的原因和在TCP层抑制拥塞的策略、方法,提出进一步的研究方向。This paper discusses the principle of TCP congestion control at internet , It analyzes the cause of emergence, the policy and methods in TCP＇s congestion control . It puts forward the direction of study further.
