结肠双重造影同步排粪造影对便秘的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨结肠双重造影同步排粪造影对便秘的诊断价值。方法:对156例便秘患者行结肠双重造影同步排粪造影检查。结果:直肠前突者41例,直肠粘膜脱垂及直肠内套叠18例,乙状结肠疝6例,会阴下降到19例,盆底痉挛综合征5例,骶直分离症2例,耻骨直肠肌肥厚4例,其他(包括器质性病变)5例。结论:结肠双重造影同步排粪造影对便秘有重要的诊断价值。objective：To analyses the cause of constipation and evaluate the diagnostic value of colon double contrast radiography and synchronous defecation for Constipation. Methods：One hundred and fifty six patients with constipation were examined by colon double contrast radiography and synchronous defecation. Results： Forty-one cases were rectocele, 18 cases were anterior mucosal prolapse and internal rectal intussuscepion, 6 cases were sigmocele, 19 cases were perineum descending, 5 cases were puborectais muscle hyperrophy,2 cases were Sacrum-rectal separae,4 cases were puborectails muscle plump, 5 cases were else. （including organic disease）. Conclusion： Colon Double contrast Radiography and Synchronous Defecation plays a special role in diagnosis of constipation.
