摘 要:随着东北亚区域经济合作的发展,区域内人口与劳动力迁移变得越来越活跃。通过区域内劳动力迁移,促进我国人力资源的开发和利用,有利于进一步推动东北亚区域的经济交流与合作。在东北亚区域经济合作过程中,人力资源的合作具有很大潜力。由于几十年来人口动态与人口结构的变化,东北亚区域在人力资源方面具有很强的互补性,所以开展区域内人力资源的开发与合作,具有现实的可能性和必要性。With continuous development of economic cooperation in northeast Asia, regional population and labor migration becomes more and more animate. Regional labor migration boosts the development and utilization of China' s human resource, and it is good for economic exchange and cooperation Northeast Asia. Human resource cooperation has great potential in the process of economic cooperation. Because of decades of changes in population dynamics and population structure, countries of northeast Asia are in complementary pattern in terms of human resource. Therefore, it is practically possible and necessary to carry on regional human resource development and cooperation. Constantly grope for approaches of regional human resource development and cooperation would be helpful for promoting China' s opening up to the outside world, participating in regional economic cooperation and showing to the world initiatively.
