摘  要:采用同步浸渍法制备了w(ZnO)=2%、w(P2O5)=4%的ZnP/HZSM-5催化剂,以沸点75~120 ℃的催化裂化汽油馏分为原料,在小型固定床反应器上考察了工艺条件对该汽油馏分芳构化反应的影响.探讨了催化剂的失活机理.对汽油调合前后产品组成进行了对比.结果表明,在反应温度450 ℃、反应压力0.1 MPa和液空速1.0 h-1的最佳反应条件下,原料中烯烃和烷烃转化率分别达到96.77%和88.94%,液相产品中烯烃质量分数及芳烃质量分数分别为6.79%和74.57%.再生后催化剂活性与新鲜催化剂相差无几,说明主要是由于积炭而导致失活.调合产品中烯烃质量分数较以前下降9个百分点,而芳烃质量分数上升12个百分点.ZnP/HZSM-5 catalyst was prepared by co-impregnation, with ω(ZnO)= 2% and ω(P205)= 4%. Performance of the ZnP/HZSM-5 catalyst for aromatization of FCC gasoline were studied on a small-scale fixed bed reactor using FCC naphtha(75 - 120℃) as the feed. Deactivation mechanism of the catalyst was discussed. Composition of the gasoline before and after reformulation were compared. Olefin and alkane conversion of respectively 96.77% and 88.94% was obtained at 450℃, LHSV 1.0 h^-1 and 0.1 MPa, with olefins and aromatics contents in liquid product = 6.79 % and 74.57 %, respectively. Little difference in the activity was observed before and after regeneration, which means that coke formation was the major reason of catalyst deactivation. Olefin content decreased by 9 percentage points and aromatics content increased by 12 percentage points after reformulation.
