摘 要:利用TG-01型催化剂进行了催化氧化-喷氨法从低SO2烟气中回收铵盐的研究。研究了各影响因素对SO2氧化效率和喷氨成盐过程的影响。结果表明,空速对SO2氧化效率影响较大,而氨硫比对成盐过程有较大影响。在空速1 500 h-1、氨硫物质的量=1.85条件下,SO2平均氧化效率达98.02%,产物为硫酸铵和硫酸氢铵的混合物。SO2、硫酸雾及氨气均达标排放标准。Reclaiming of ammonium salt from low SO2 flue gas by catalytic oxidation and ammonia jetting was studied over TG-01 catalyst. Parameters influencing the catalytic oxidation and production of ammonium salt through jetting ammonia were investigated. The results showed that the oxidation efficiency was remarkably affected by space velocity, and formation of ammonium salt was evidently influenced by n (NH3)/n (H2S04). Average oxidation efficiency of 98.02 % was obtained under space velocity 1500 h^-1 and n ( NH3 )/n ( H2SO4 ) of 1.85. The product was mixture of ( NH4)2SO4 and NH4SO4. SO2 ,sulfuric acid mist and NH3 in the exhaust gas were up to the emission standard.
