摘 要:本文认为埋设铸铁管受力一般有受内压引起的环向拉应力、外压引起的环向弯曲应力、温度变化引起的纵向拉应力、管基不均匀或土体位移引起的纵向弯曲应力或承口开裂应力等.并以典型工况分析了管径不同时管道的主要受力情况;最后以埋设铸铁管的爆裂实例验证了上述分析结果.应用这一结果,我们可以通过分析和计算来确定管线的薄弱环节,从而判定是否有爆裂危险及危险程度.Cast iron pipelines underground-buried are generally borne by four stresses: circular tensile stress induced by internal press, circular bending stress induced by external pressure, longitudinal tensile induced by temperature and longitudinal bending stress or split stress of spigot-socket joint caused by nonuniform subsidence of fundaments or displacement of ground bodies. The stress status of pipelines of different diameters are studied and the result has been proved by a split experiment of cast-iron pipeline. So the risks level of split and the most unfavorable sections of the pipeline could be predicted by empirical and theoretical analysis and some possible troubles could be prevented anticipatorily.
