摘  要: 用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)制备胶质气体泡沫(CGA),以CGA为浮选载体并通入常规浮选气泡在浮选柱内对模拟含Cu(Ⅱ)废液进行浮选分离试验,考察浮选柱循环泵工作压力、pH值和SDS用量对Cu(Ⅱ)去除率的影响,并综合各操作参数,用部分析因法做Cu(Ⅱ)浮选分离的正交试验,试验结果表明,采用胶质气体泡沫与常规柱浮选气泡相结合的方法处理含Cu(Ⅱ)废水,铜离子去除率可达99%以上.The experiment of flotation separation is made on the Cu (Ⅱ)-bearing waste water in the flotation column, through the flotation carrier of CGA (colloidal gas aphrons), which is prepared with SDS (anion surfactant C12 H25 SO4Na), and by piping in usual flotation foams. With the investigation of the effects of the work pressure of the column circulation pump, the pH values and the SDS dosage on the Cu (Ⅱ) removal ratio, and collimating all the operation parameters, the orthogonal experiment of Cu (Ⅱ) flotation separation is carried out by means of partial factorial method. The experimental results reveal that the Cu (Ⅱ) removal can attain a ratio of more than 99% when the combination of CGA with usual column flotation foams is adopted in the treatment of Cu (Ⅱ )-bearing waste water.
