摘  要:本文所设计的金属探测仪主要用于探测食品中微粒金属的含量.根据电磁场中恒速通过金属微粒会引起接收载波信号相角变化这一现象来检测金属微粒.该金属探测仪主要由发射机单元和接收机单元组成.利用鉴相原理设计锁相接收机以提高灵敏度.通过厂家现场长期使用表明该方案完全可行.The design of metal detector investigated in this paper is mainly used for the detection of micro particles of metal in the food. To detect the micro particles of metal is based on the phenomenon that when a metal micro particle passes through an electromagnetic field with constant speed the receiving carrier phase is changed. The metal detector consists of transmitter unit and receiver unit. In order to improve the sensitivity of the detector, phase locked receive based on the phase discrimination principle is designed. After longterm use of the detector in plant field, it demonstrates that this scheme is proved to be completely feasible.
