摘 要:针对铁电材料测试系统中不同测试信号电压的差别,设计了电压自动衰减电路。重点介绍了自动量程转换电路、峰值AC/DC转换电路、继电器驱动电路和衰减电路的设计。利用配有电压自动衰减电路的铁电材料测试系统测量了PZT铁电体材料样品的电滞回线。测量结果表明,该设计解决了测试电压与采集卡量程的匹配问题,实现了铁电材料测试的自动化。In view of the different voltage used in system for measuring ferroelectric materials, the automatic voltage-decaying circuit was designed. It had been described in detail to design automatic range conversing circuit, peak value AC/DC switching circuit, driving relay circuit and evanescent voltage circuit. The PZT ferroelectric slice sample was measured by the system with the automatic voltage-decaying circuit, and hysteresis loops of the sample was exhibited. The results have shown that the automatic voltage-decaying circuit has entirely solved the problem that measuring range of acquisition card does not correspond to input voltage, as a consequence an automated measurement system has been achieved for measuring ferroelectric materials.
