摘 要:PEBBLEs(探针内包型生物定域嵌入式传感器技术)是一种新兴的综合了生物、化学、纳米、医药等多种学科的技术,它在实时的,量化的,无干扰地监测细胞活动的研究领域有着很大的前景。文中综述了目前探针内包型生物定域嵌入式传感器技术研究的新进展。主要介绍了它的传输方法、信号增强方法和灵敏度的提高及可逆性的增强方面内容。就传输方法方面主要介绍了它的两种改进方法:光学钳法和定位传输法以及这两种方法的优越性;就信号增强方面主要介绍了它的两种改进途径:磁性调制光学纳米探针的周期性运动以及布朗运动调制光学纳米探针的随机热运动及其各自的优越性;就灵敏度的提高及可逆性的增强方面主要介绍了目前的最新进展。从总体上讨论了它存在的问题,给出了改进的建议。PEBBLEs(Probes Encapsulated by Biologically Localized Embedding sensom)is a newly emerging technology that combines with biology, chemistry, nano, medical and many other technologies, which is very promising in the study of real-time, quantitative and non-disturbing monitoring cell activiy. Recent developmental research of PEBBLEs technology was reviewed. Delivery methods and signal enhancement for PEBBLEs as well as its sensitivity and revemibility were introduced. Considering the delivery methods, two improved methods: optical tweezing and targeted distribution were introduced furthermore, the possibility and superiority of these two methods were also discussed; in respect of the signal enhancement, there are also two adjusted way: Magnetic Modulated Optical Nanoprobes and Bmwnian Modulated Optical Nanopmbes, their practicability and advantage were discussed at the same time; as to the aspects of sensitivity and revemibiliy, the newest developments were presented. Some problems were discussed on the whole, and according improvable suggestions were pointed out.
