摘　　要：本文简要介绍了信息资源数据库著作权的法律和技术保护措施,着重介绍了访问控制技术、数据加密技术、认证技术、智能代理技术和数字水印技术等网络著作权保护技术。This paper briefly introduces some legal and technical measures of protecting the copyright of data base. It foetts on the technology of protecting Web copyright such as visiting controlling technique, data encrypted technique, identification technique, intelligent agent technique and digital watermark technique.
