摘 要:介绍了铁路10kV电力远动系统的基本组成,根据其特点,结合工程实际,提出了铁路10kV电力远动系统数据采集与功能分配的设计方案。针对系统规模大、现场设备多、运行方式变化复杂的特点,将部分功能下移到远动终端装置(RTU)、馈线终端装置(FTU),从而减轻主站的负担。提出了历史曲线存储优化算法和历史曲线显示优化算法。该系统适用于铁路自动化闭塞区段的10kV电力系统远动改造。实际运行证明该方案是成功的。The basic components of railway 10kV electric power telecontrol system are introduced. According to its features and combined with engineering practices,a scheme of data collection and function distribution for it is presented. For large system with more devices and operation patterns,part of the functions is implemented in RTU(Remote Terminal Unit) and FlU(Feeder Terminal Unit) to mitigate the load of main station. Optimization algorithms are brought forward for historic curve storage and display. The proposed system can be used for the reconstruction of 10 kV electric power telecontrol system in auto-blocking section of railway. Practices prove it successful.
