纤维软性宫腔镜在复杂性上尿路结石开放性手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价复杂性上尿路结石开放性手术中纤维软性宫腔镜的应用效果。方法对27例复杂上尿路结石患者,在开放性取石术中应用纤维软性宫腔镜进行检查和取石。结果27例均成功,术后行B超或X片复查,均未见结石残留。结论在复杂上尿路结石开放性手术中,配合纤维软性宫腔镜治疗,具有损伤少、恢复快及并发症少等优点,是一种安全有效的方法,同时还能对其他病变起到检查及治疗作用。[Objective] To evaluate the clinical application of fibrous hysteroscopy to the operation of complicated lithangiuria. [Methods] The fibrous hysteroscopy has been applied to the operation of complicated lithangiuria in 27 cases. During the surgical procedure,the fibrous hysteroscopy was used to examine and get rid of the lithangiuria. [Results] All the 27 cases were fairly successful in getting rid of all the stones. Postoperative examination with B ultrasound or X-ray didn,t show residual calculus. [Conclusions] It is safe and effective to the operation of complicated lithangiuria by using the fibrous hysteroscopy to aid the removal of lithangiuria. The procedure causes less trauma to the kidney or ureter and brings less complications. It has the advantage of fast recovery. This techniques could also detect other patho-logical changes in pelvis and kidney calices or ureter which might be concomitantly managed.
