小儿重型颅脑损伤的救治

摘　　要：目的总结小儿重型颅脑损伤的救治经验。方法147例临床资料回顾性分析,结合文献进行讨论。结果存活126例(85.7%),其中良好和中残99例,重残27例,死亡21例(14.3%)。结论积极去除病因的发生和发展是有效降低死亡率、提高生存质量的重要手段。[Objective] To summarize the therapeutic experiences in the management of patient with severe head injury. [Methods] Date of 147 children with severe head injury was retrospectively analyzed. [Results] The total survival rate of this series of patients was 85.7%（126/147）. Among them favourable result （but there were some patients with moderate disability） was obtained in 99＊67.4%）. Severe disability was seen in 27（18.4%）. The total mortality was 14.3%（21/147） in those series of patients. [Conclusions] Active removal of eausative agents importanee to redueing the morality and improving the life quality of the patients.
