摘　　要：目的对1996～2004年间发现的420例肺不张的病因诊断进行回溯性分析.方法经手术病理证实和随访证实.结果 420例肺不张中支气管结核120例,中心型肺癌140例,肺炎球菌肺炎160例.结论支气管结核、中心型肺癌、肺炎球菌肺炎经临床、PPD试验、痰检、CT扫描等可予鉴别,必要时行纤支镜检查或手术病理证实.Objective A retrospective study was conducted on 420 pulmonary atelectasis patients between the years of 1996 and of 2004. Methods The data were collected though operative pathology and by follow-up visits. Results For the totalling 420 pulmonary atelectasis cases, 120 cases had bronchial tuberculosis, 140 cases had central lung cancer, and 160 cases had pneumococcal pneumonia, Conclusion Bronchial tuberculosis, central lung cancer, pneumococcal pneumonia can be recognized by clinical data of PPD test, sputum test and CT et al. If necessary, they can be confirmed by fiberoptic bronchoscope and operative pathology.
