摘　　要：目的探讨老年肺结核强化治疗期肝功能的改变.方法回顾性分析1998～2000年住院60岁以上老年肺结核强化治疗期肝功能出现异常107例(19.96%),同期60岁以下的中青年肺结核患者强化治疗期肝功能异常发生率为5.61%,且多发生在15～45天之间.结论老年肺结核患者,特别是合并有肝病患者,易发生肝功能异常.Objective To explore the changes of liver function during treatment enhancement period of elderly tuberculous patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on elderly tuberculous patients （age 60 ＋ ） who were admitted between the years of 1998 and of 2000 and had enhancement treatment of the disease. Results A total of 107 patients （19.96%） had liver dysfunction, compared to the 5.61% in the younger patients （age 60-）. Most of liver dysfunction occurred between the 15th and 45th days at the onset of the treatment. Conclusion For the elderly tuberculous patients, especially with liver dysfunction, it is very likely to have the appearance of liver dysfunction during the enhancement treatment period.
