摘  要:分析了聚氨酯材料在贮存过程中因不同的温湿度条件造成性能老化的相关资料,总结了用于表征聚氨酯老化性能的方法,举例说明了其应用,并对其老化模拟情况进行了汇总。Relative research results of polyurethane ageing caused by different temperature and humidity were analyzed. The thermal degradation mechanics and performances change at the above condition were summarized. Several methods such as SEM, TGA, DTA, FT-IR, DMS, SAXS, TEM, NMR etc. which are used to characterize and simulate ageing of polyurethane simultaneously, were illustrated with examples. Structure and mathematic models for polyurethane ageing, as well as model developed for simulating degradation process of polyurethane, were introduced briefly.
