摘 要:流变学性质的研究表明,在纤维素中添加少量的改性剂NH4C l,可以显著改变纤维素/NMM O.H2O溶液的流动行为及其粘弹性性质;随着NH4C l量的增加,纤维素/NMM O.H2O溶液的表观黏度和零切黏度也随之增加,动态模量主曲线的交点向低频区移动。对于不同的纤维素体系,NH4C l对其流变学性质的影响程度又有所不同;当NH4C l的加入量为溶液质量的0.5%时,对于D P为818的棉纤维素体系,其NMM O.H2O溶液的动态模量主曲线交点模量最大。The study of rheology on cellulose/NMMO·H2O solutions suggests that it can remarkably changes the flow behaviors and viscoelastic properties of cellulose/NMMO·H2O solutions when adding a few of additive, ammonium chloride, into cellulose pulps. With the increase of NH4Cl amount added, the apparent viscosity and zero shear viscosity of the cellulose/NMMO· H2O solutions will also increase, and the cross point of the master curves for the dynamic modulus of the solutions shift to zone of low frequency, i.e. The elastic properties of the solutions enhance. The experimental results show that the moduli of the master curves for the cellulose/NMMO·H2O solution at cross point become the highest when 0.5% NH4Cl (based on the mass of the solution) was added into the cotton cellulose with 818. The effect of NH4Cl on the rheological properties of the cellulose solutions, however, is different for the cellulose system with different DP^- , too.
