摘　　要：邯峰电厂一期工程锅炉启动前化学清洗过程涉及专业比较广。投入的正式系统及设备比较全,步骤多,锅炉蒸发量大,并且工期紧张,中间没有停顿,清洗要求高。采用的煮炉、热盐酸浸泡加钝化工艺是值得推广的锅炉清洗工艺之一。The chemical cleaning process before the boiler＇s start-up ,which belongs to Hanfeng Power Plant＇s first project ,relates to many specialties. Not noly it needs relatively integrated system and equipmens, but also its process is complicated,boiler＇s evaporation is great,the time needed is long. It doesn＇t allow to break down in the process ,and the quality required is high. So the procedure including the boiling ,dipping with hot hydrochloric acid,and passivation is one technic of boiler chemical cleaning being worth to extend.
