摘  要:圆管保温结构的导热系数是正确选择保温材料、确定合适的保温结构厚度、评价其保温性能的主要依据.随着保温技术的发展,新型材料的使用,以及直埋热力管道的预制生产和推广,如何测定保温结构的导热系数是个值得重视的问题.本文通过对两种常用的保温材料(聚氨酯泡沫塑料和硅酸镁保温材料)用三种方法(防护热板法、圆管法与现场法)测定结果的分析,论述了要得到能代表国管保温结构实际使用性能的导热系数的测定方法,以及对保证保温工程质量的意义.Steady thermal conductivity of pipe heat preservation structure is the major criterion of chossing thermal insulation material correctly, determining suitable depth of heat preservation structure and evaluating its thermal insulation quality. With the development of heat technology, the uaage of new type materials and the spreading of the prefabrication of burying heat pipe directly, it is a remarkable problem of how to determine steady thermal conductivity of heat presetcvation structure.The essay is discussing the determining method to get thermal conductivity practical usage quality representing heat preservation structure of pipe insulation apparatus and the significance of hear preservation engineering quality by analying the determined result of two common thermal insulation materials (polyurethane spongy plas-tic and silico acid magnesium)in three ways. (Guarded hot Plate apparatus,Pipe insulation apparatus and Site apparatus, )
