摘 要:保温油漆设计是供热管道设计中的一个重要环节,由于其涉及的因素多,计算繁琐,运用计算机软件来完成这项工作可大大减少保温设计和油漆设计的重复计算工作.由于采用了软件设计的智能化,自动判断和筛选功能减少了数据的重复计算和输入.在公共数据库的支持下,减少了规程规范和材料特性的查阅和输入,实现了保温提资、说明表和材料汇总功能的一体化.针对新的规范和新的软件平台在基于原有旧规程的保温油漆软件的基础上新开发了智能化保温油漆设计软件的设计流程和计算模型,并将该软件运用于工程实际,实现了设计过程的智能化,提高了保温油漆的设计质量和效率.The design of insulation and painting plays a very important role in designing power plant. It is necessary to develop and apply the computer softwares into practical design to avoid the repeated computations. The automated choosing and sorting in the intellectualized design can reduce the demands for repeated computations and input data. With the help of the software, the rules and material properties can be achieved automatically based on the existed public database. The pick-up of the insulation data, the demonstrative table and the material collection can be incorporated in the software. A new insulation and painting intelligent design software for power plant is developed based on the new national insulation standard and new software-designing platform in this paper. The software has been used successfully in practical design and contributed to the insulating and painting' s designing in engineering as a result of realizing intellectualization and promoting the design quality and efficiency.
