摘 要:在自动识别建筑工程图中柱、墙、梁、板等各构件结构数据、平面布局和用于分层的标高信息后,如何实现房间的自动划分,对于提高算量过程的自动化程度以及提高算量效率与准确性,具有十分重要的意义.针对房间的特征,提出了分层次、基于封闭性的房间划分方法,并在自动识别算量系统VHRecQS平台实现了该算法.房间识别算法在水平方向上采用截面轮廓追踪算法进行房间轮廓的识别,在竖直方向上采用多边形裁剪运算确定房间的上下边界.该算法有效地解决了工程自动算量过程中的房间自动识别问题,极大地简化了装饰装修面工程量的计算工作,并为建立三维数字建筑和更高层次的建筑工程管理信息模型等应用提供了支持.Room is the unit of quantity survey for adorning materials. Automated partition for rooms, after structure and layout information of all components (column, wall, beam, slab) and elevation have been recognized, is very important to achieve the target of automation in calculation. Meanwhile, the efficiency and accuracy of quantity survey will be greatly improved. According to the characteristics of room, a hierarchical method for room partition based on closure - borders is presented in this paper and realized in system of automated recognition and quantity survey. The proposed method recognizes room contours on the same floor using an outline-tracing procedure, and figures out room borders crossing several floors by polygon operations. This method solves well the problems of automated recognition of rooms, greatly reduces the workload of quantity survey for adorning materials, and builds the foundation of establishing the 3D model of digital building and high level applications such as architecture management information system.
