摘  要:将粉煤灰与土壤混合形成复合土,利用盆栽试验研究复合土种植棉花的生长发育和生理效应.研究表明,含粉煤灰10%-30%的复合土通过提高植株的叶绿素含量和光合作用,增强光能利用能力,加快碳源积累速度;改善根系活力,提高根系对营养物质的吸收;提高硝酸还原酶活性,提高氮素的同化能力;提高水分利用效率从而提高植株生长速率.总之,粉煤灰通过改善棉花植株的生理功能从而促进棉花生长.复合土中粉煤灰含量达40%时,棉花植株一些生理功能被抑制.建议粉煤灰复土造田以20%粉煤灰复合土为宜.In this paper, the physiological effects of cotton growing in compound soils, which mixed soils with coal fly ash, have been studied in pot culture. The results showed that compound soils which contained less than 20% coal fly ash increased the chlorophyll content, photosynthesis rate, activities of roots, nitrate reductase activities of plants and water utilization efficiency. The increasing of photosynthetic rate and roots activities resulted in the increasing of light energy utilization, carbon accumulation and nourishment assimilation of roots, respectively. And the enhancement of nitrate reductase activity of plants brought about the acceleration of nitrogen assimilation. So the rate of plant growth was increased. In a word, soils mixed coal fly ash have improved physiological functions of cotton plants. When the content of coal fly ash in compound soils amounted to 40%, some physiological functions of cotton plant were restrained. The compound soils contained about 20% coal fly ash may be recommended in land reclaimed in mine subside areas.
